Many of you have probably seen this before, but Babe Winkelman filmed a show near the reefs a couple of years ago and the show is available online for free

I often show this to guys that I am trying to recruit for their first trip because it is exactly what the jig bite and spring troll is all about.
If the link doesn't work, just google search Babe Winkelman Lake Erie and it will take you right there.
I watch it off and on throughout the winter just to get fired up!

I met him when they were doing that show. He launched out of wild wings. I got him to sign my gps cover. The first day they fished they got Skunked, and he was not the most polite person to meet!

Hey Sleets, If you don't have a radio, please get one if you can before you head out on the lake. Even a hand-held is better than nothing at all.
