Got mine on line, takes your $ and you can't print it. Call the 800# and they said system is overloaded. Looks like the lake is going to busy soon. Good fishing to all, Dave

I bought both mine and my wifes, had the same problem but if you hit reload/refresh up top of the screen it's there. Had to do it for both of ours. Then it prints.

I like it E-mailed because I don't delete it and it's available to you all the time. Although, making extra copies can save the hassle if you would lose your original.

I always make several copies at the time of purchase sign them and then put a couple in my home, one in the car another in the truck , 2 in my camper and of course one in my boat, finally one in all my tackle boxes! That way I always have one available for use or replacement besides it is highly unlikely I would lose them all.
