water is clear after 5 mile with tint of alge, got 240 perch today,
off channel, winning catch in tourament today came in off niagara reef, 30 perch 12 lbs.

I need to decide weather to make 5 hour drive Weds morning to fish Weds afternoon and Thursday--I winds are 15-20 from the north, won't that be too much for 24 foot boat?? Not to mention no fun perching or trooling for eyes.re stomach et al.

15-20 mph winds from the N. would suck! I am hearing that the lake is still pretty much a mess from last weeks winds. I am also shooting for mid week and Thu-Sat look better.
