i thought i saw yall out there.we fished 1/4 mile off the red and white also.struggled the first few hours at green#13.made the jump to the deeper water and cleaned house, 2 guy limit by 12:30.some small ones but made up for it with about 8 ten pluses.did some skipper9 rigs but still got'em old school.perch spreaders red, green,and perch colored..go figure.saw some guys using them last weekend and had a hard time going back to no bling..all in all definitely an improvement from last sat.

skipper 9 rig is what he was showing us all how he rigs his lures for perch.. not a rig at all but a fellow fisherman who must be an excellent fisherman..

bouy no.2 red and white is in maumme river channel, roughly ten miles out, we were 1 mile off it to east 10.85 miles out of mienkes west, skipper 9 rig is captain jim rig from down east an
modifed crappie rig with three hooks, the kids were using light gauge spreaders with red hooks, single hook rigs with 16 inch leaders took most fish, must be on bottom with slack line, our catch was best brought into cleaners today, with a 3.68 perch per lb.
