[Blue Eyes]

Went out in front of Fermi II in 22ft of water and caught 1 eye and then not even a bite for the next hour. We picked up and moved to the red and white 2 and drifted with crawler harnesses and caught 2 more good size eyes and a sheephead. All caught on various shades of purple. We only spent about 2 1/2 hrs of actual fishing time. We broke the 1 walleye per trip curse the boat had, LOL. The waves were crazy huge and I insisted we needed to come in. Hubby says they were 4-5footers. When we were in the dip with the waves on either side of the boat we couldnt see out and we kept getting waves coming over the back end of the boat.

way to go dawn and bart I told you to stick with and your luck would change, should stay out a little longer waves got to 6 to 8 ft. with heavy downpours, HAPPY FATHER DAY BART.

We tried to call you but I had no phone service. We didnt see many boats out either.

I was terrified by the 5ft waves and poor Bart had to go really slowly all the way from the #2 home to Sterling State Park. Normally takes us 20-25minutes, took us over an hour.

yep, sure wasn't very nice out there yesterday. reminded me alot of tournament weather. we headed back in at 10:30 as the fish had seemed to stop biting and the wind was not giving up. all those fish came on my wife's side of the boat. took 45 minutes to get back to erie metro.
