Awesome work Waterdog!! Hopefully things are looking up this season of yellow gold. Last season was definitely tough, at least for me it was. Keep up the great work and be safe as always.

July 25th, 2020 30 more yellow gold and 8 pounds at the cleaners
Repeat today of yesterday, SE of G can and away form the pack.
Go early to beat the heat~!
Very light bite, 4 small sheep head and 4 white perch.
Using golden shiners, spreader and no bling.
These yellow perch are eating good and they look very healthy.
Come get yours soon and I hope this will last into fall.

Fantastic bite this morning 1 mile south of g can. Dropped anchor at 7 and lifted it at 8:15. I probably threw back 15 attempting to get a few bigger ones. I tried fishing with 2 poles at first but quickly gave up on that. Sometimes they were already hooked by the time I lifted off the bottom. Fingers crossed they stick around this year.

I don't have a pic but I have a Hummingbird helix 5 and what I see is just small black lines against a green, yellow, orange bottom. Another tip. Leave the motor running for 10 minutes after you anchor.

D Can. If you can see it, the closer the better. Shiners just off the bottom
Light bite. Keep your pole in hand.

How deep are you fishing. Don't fish the cans much. Would around Marblehead or Kelly's be any good now.
