For those that enjoy casting

Spent 4 hours (9am - 1pm) fishing Monday between the turn around and West Sister. 4 guys caught 9 walleye. Almost all other boats were trolling. Fish were hitting a 12 count with 3/8 ounce egg sinker on home made weapons. Most were caught on #5 Colorado silver blades - hammered or diamond cut. Reeling very slowly. Also caught about twice as many sheep head and white perch. Put a few yellow perch in the box as well.

we also cast and it was tough Sunday, fished from 730 to 1 and only put one 25" in the box. a few yellows and lots of sheep. Marked fish suspended but couldnt get any action. The one we got was on large colorado antifreeze blade draggin the bottom. We were SE of Kelleys. hopefully the stable weather this week things will get better by this weekend. water was still pretty muddy.
