Breast Bay
Anybody out in breast bay area today? Wondering if the water is clearing up yet. Want to head out tomorrow, started fishing erie in 1970, then got caught up in life, just retired and getting back in the game, haven't been on erie since the mid 90's. Bought a boat and set it up old school (what I used to know) otter boats with hot n tots mostly. Those worked great back then but would appreciate any updates on whats cooking today. I am launching out of sterling & staying in Mi waters for now, will get an ohio lic in the next cpl weeks (when I start gtn my checks...lol) Just want to get my boat and gear wet.

Yes they do, with a little Thunderstick Jr and Wiggle-Wart action thrown in also. All the buzz today seems to be mini-spoons like Michigan Stingers with Big John diving disks fished off planer boards. I do it when I have too but if I can fish a body bait and catch fish that's what I do. Welcome back to the fold!!! Good luck!!!
