    Default Walleye in June

I know this is kinda guess work but i am planning on coming up either the first weekend or second in june. i have no idea as to where to stay so i am close to some eyes. i used to come up and do a charter but that was in the middle of may. Will i still find eyes around the islands and reefs in early june or should i plan to stay and fish further east.

Any help would be much apprciated

    Smile june walleyes

Depends on what this weather does, anywhere from Maumme bay channel to west sister, crane creek to Niagra reef, Catawba
to the islands, both casting and drifting worm harness, and trolling, it all depends how quick the temps get hot. Can stay
from Toledo to port Clition , anywhere from 1 mile offshore to 9 miles off shore. Capt. Mike reel sport charters

I agree that it depends on the weather. We usually do pretty well in June and find fish scattered. We often find fish around West Sister. We rent our condos next door to Wild Wings if interested. Walleye in pic was caught in June 2009.

You can always find them in the Western Basin somewhere. Caught limits last year from April to August out of Turtle Creek.
