wakina.. looks like the limits stayed the same for Walleye. did the dates change?

Good deal for perch and walleye. However smallmouth bass is still 5 fish?!?! I think that the dnr needs to wake up. The guys that actually keep smallies need to get a clue too.

One charter boat with 6 or 7 guys on it will go for smallies because they can't catch walleye or perch. That's 30 or 35 fish. That can put a HUGE dent on a reef. Unfrigginbelievable!

I am not fond of them as table food, I don't target them at all, but now and then will get one walleye or perch fishing. They always go back to the lake, unless it is evident that they are bleeding badly and seriously wounded. Then into the smoker for that one or two a year that were badly hooked.
