tried new spot

went out wed n ne off catawba more north because of conditions out about 2 miles around 27ft of water, 8 or so inches of ice , same result no eyes , but did mark some fish off the bottom that i thought acted like eyes , couldn't get them to hit tried everything and yes marked ton of shad though they where acting more slugish 7 hrs no fish . sounds like the fish are still east by kelleys , heard open water off marble head so not going east ! lets hear some good reportes!!!

Seems to be the same report all over; nothing. I'm still going to give it a shot this weekend and can't decide where to go with the lack of success. Any help will be appreciated I really don't want to play the lottery a brest bay because you never know if the fish will move in. Seems to be the same trend even farther east. I would like to try off the marshes and crane creek and hopefully lock on to some fish. Good luck fellas
