Turtle Island report 4-20-08

Bite was awesome again today, 4 man limit , 2 drifts, purple and green first thing am. Had several boats on top of us after seeing the net dip. I cant understand why people think they need to a jerk hair jig like they are trying to pull a snag out, youll catch fish, but the majority will be snagged. Seen alot of sideways fish coming in around us today.

go to lamberjacks good ramps only five dollars and fish only 300 yards out!

launching out of luna pier is a quick run to turtle island or harbor light area humps. there is a city launch and a marina launch, the marina one is a little better in my opinion, you dont have to run as far through the shallow cut

Does anyone know if you can Launch out of Bolles Harbor? Is Turtle Island Ohio water?
