Turtle Island Report 4-19-08

Fishing today was the best its been for us this year. We have been managing limits before today, but it was taking hours. Fished 4 guys and 2 drifts and we were done today, less than a hour and threw 4 fish back. Purple and green, and blue and white are the colors we were using.

what size jigs,using?????.going to be turtle creek 4may for a week.

We fished the same area for a while today(a little north of the pack),picked up 7 on purple and black

i was using a 5/8 everyone else was using a 1/2, i prefer a heavier jig

any one know what color or name of spoons,hitting on? trolling?? thanks for help fishermen.
