Walleye 8/15, 8/16

Fished out of Turtle creek.
Sat. Ran out to N. Bass and trolled for 2 hours without a bite. Tons of boats and no nets in the water. Pulled up and ran back west to crane creek area. Started trolling and found the fish in 14 FOW. Pulled 16 eyes 15 to 22 inches with a bonus 19" smally.

Sun. Back out to same area. Lots of boats..started picking up fish right away. Same area but in 16 FOW. Pulled 19 and lost 5 at the boat and several throw backs. The bite shut down around 3:00 so ran out to the intake in 20 FOW. Marked TONS of fish and picked up 5 more to finish at 24.

We were trolling We-Baits, which are balsa crank baits that my dad makes. Hot color was chartreuse back and silver sides. 60 back in 14 FOW and 100 back in 20 FOW.
