    Default Perching 8-11 afternoon

    Went out of Meinke's last night fished about 2.5 miles north of intake and caught 75 8-13 inch keepers, and threw back another 30-40 from 5-7 inches in about 3 hours. Water was 19.5-20 ft deep.

    where is Meinkie, and whats the intake. I have heard these names alot. Going to fish Friday and Saturday around Kellys, any help??

    the toledo water intake is about 2 miles off shore at the extreme western end of the lake and meinke marina/anchor pointe marina is the closest marina to it. Its about 15-20 miles west of Kellys island i think. West sister island is north and east of the intake about 6-7 miles.
