Where are some places to stay close to a launch that will be good to go from to fish the sister islands? comming from MIchigan, never been there before, what type of tackle should we bring? where should we start our search for fish? never been walleye fishing this will be our first time, just looking to catch some eaters, we have decided to try lake erie for our trip this year.

We rent our condo for shart stays on the water near Wild Wings resort. Why launch daily when you can have a 30' boat dock out the back door.
