left the dock at 5 30am and started fishing at 6 15am out in front of the stone docks and trolling. caught 16 eyes using dipsys 65 on a #3 and 55 on a #2 and jets back 60 and 70. only fished til 9 am and caught 16!!! great day to be on the water.

There is something consistant with these methods. I used downriggers, leadcore and copper lines. the fish have been a little boat shy. I will run a couple of dips next trip. The evening might have been a little off as it started to blow pretty good East. I am ready for warm water!

Hey Mastroller,
Was fishing around Kellys 2 sats. ago. We were just starting to get it together when we got blown off the lake. Caught 2 around the n/w corner then got too rough to fish. Can you say where you all were? There are some stone docks on south side. Was thinking of going north by the shoal. What colors were hot for you? Spoons or harnesses? Dipsys or jets? How deep?

I was on the west side of the kellys and i was fishing in about 27 to 30 fow and the dispys and jets were both working for me. it was about equal. i was using stingers the whole day and purple and dotted things were working the best for me if that helps any

Hey Mastroller , thanks for the info. sounds like I got the right idea. Cant wait till saturday morning.The ones we got a couple of weeks ago came on dipsys with purple and silver stingers. Hope the weather cooperates with us this time. Did you ever find out if the fish have made it to the dumping grounds off cedar pt.? Thats one of the places where we
did really good in last year.
