We are still working the same fish North of Kellys. The past two evenings the fish have started moving up about 6:30. Until then the bite has been slow for us.
Both days after 6:30 the fish have started hitting at 30 down over 48 and steadily got higher until 9:00 when we called it to run in before total dark.

The bite after 6:30 was strong with multiple doubles and non stop and getting better the closer to dark it got. We were running Michigan stingers in wonderbread 30 down. We ran Bandits unassisted from 80 to 120 back. All leads took fish. Yesterday any whites did best, fruit dot etc. But today they wanted the chromes more. The best color was Reveal.

Speed was 3 to 3.2.

Fish size is getting smaller. The last two days we are primarily catching 15 and 16 inch fish. Last week there were plenty of 20 inch plus fish but we are not finding them now.

We will be off the water the next couple weeks, so I hope to here from others so we can stay in touch with what the fish are doing until we get back.
Good luck all.
