Jigging west basin??

anybody jigging the West end this year?? havnt seen any posts??????

I went out yesterday morning 5-1. Left dock at 730am. Rough ride out of meinkes. Headed east into the waves to cone reef. We picked at them from 9am to 3pm and finally caught a limit 24 fish 58lbs at the cleaners. We used 1oz hair jigs purple and white. We had minnows but it didn’t seem to matter. Didn’t look good on way out but I’m glad we stuck with it. I caught 2 casting out and the other 4 just vertical jigging with a slow bounce off the bottom.
