Turtle Creek area or Ruggles Beach area?

Good morning... I am going to a men's conference at Parkside Church in Charagin Falls, Ohio next week and have Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday free. I am tempted to trail my boat with me to the conference and on my return back to Indiana, check out either the Turtle Creek area or Ruggles Beach area. I have no experience with Cranberry Creek but just looking at my Fishing Hot Spots map, Ruggles Beach appears to be easy access from Cranberry Creek or Huron. Is the jigging bite still in progress in the Ruggles Beach area? Also, if you go out from that area, is it a long run to get out front on to fish? I am a more familiar with Turtle Creek region but as long as I am that far east for the conference, I thought I might give the Huron area a look. I appreciate your advice.

Good morning I read a daily devotional from that church. We had luck jigging and trolling Saturday on Ruggles reef. I never launched at Cranberry creek before. We put in at vermillion and run west about 2 miles. We jigged in 14' to 20' and landed 11 and probably 10 got off. Then we trolled in 41' deep water and finished with 24. Good luck
