    Default Jig bite

Well the jig bite is starting. Went out Thursday morning. Motored to the south side of Big Pickerel Reef. Starting picking up fish in about 27.5 fow. Caught fish on purple and white, pink and purple, and red crawdad blade baits. Limited out with some nice fish. There were alot of trollers out there as well and it seemed to me that the jiggers we're catching alot more fish. Talked to a troller when I got back to turtle Creek and he told me it was horrible. They never got there net wet. When I told him we limited out he was shocked. Even he said that he saw alot of nets out for the jiggers. Anyway be very careful out there, there is a ton of debris floating around our there. Probably gonna be more after these two days of rain. Good luck everyone and God bless
