    Default 12/3 report

Took a couple of our company superintendents to Huron today. Launched at 7:30, found good marks at 8:00 and had a 3 man limit of nice walleye by 10:30. Bandits and DDHJ’s 65 back at 1.8. Orange colors have been hot.

No leaders and lifted every fish today….didn’t lose a single fish.

perch was really slow for us. I think the most we caught was 60 or so. I did hear they are doing well in spots now and thought about trying again, but the walleye fishing is too good to give up.

Sorry to hear the perch fishing wasn't as good as could have been.Did seam that the perch reports improved as the water cooled.I've read that it was possibly due to the water flees dying off in the colder water and the perch being easier to catch with minnows. But the walleye fishing has been fantastic with all the great hatches we have had.
