Need some advice

COMMING UP THIS WEEKEND FOR SAT. AND SUN. AND WONDERING WHAT TYPE OF BAIT TO BUY JIGS OR SPOONS AND WHICH ONE OF THE REEFS IS BEST. I HAVE FISHED ERIE IN YEARS PAST WITH CHARTERS BUT NOW I HAVE GOT MY OWN BOAT 25' RINKER AND LOOKING FOWARD TO FISHING UP THERE THIS YEAR. WILL PROBABLY PUT IN AT FENWICK MARINA. IM GOING TO BE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO DOCK MY BOAT FOR A COUPLE MONTHS. ANY ADVICE ON FISH OR MARINIAS WOULD BE APPRICATED.

Jigs tipped with shinners. Purple, green, or black all work. If the fish are biting I do not think color really matters. Check with Wild Wings, sometimes you can get a dock there for a couple of months.

If Fenwick cant get ya in you can contact Meinke Marina also. It's 8 miles to west sister island from Meinke/Anchor Pointe. Meinke is approx 8 miles west of Fenwick but as the crow flies it's probably only 4 or so

Wacker, Wow, your first post that you didn't brag about numbers of fish you are catching or criticize someone; congratulations! Maybe there is hope after all.

Thanks for the advise, good luck this weekend and stay safe. I hope we all get some good fishing in. Also what channel does every one use on there marine radio or did cell phones kill the chit-chat.
