sandusky bay walleye hot spots???

I got a week vacation and will be up this coming saturday from ashland kentucky. I have been looking at the weather reports for that week and they really dont look to good, especially the wind seems to be coming from the north for the most part of the week. I know that could change but I dont know if I will be able to get out on the main lake or not, If not I am not too familiar with any good spots to troll in the bay. If anybody has any hot spots they might point me to in sandusky bay for some bay area walleye, I would be very grateful!!! I seen one post where they was catching them at the RR bridge in the bay, does anyone else have any ideas?
