    Well, it can still be stolen, vandalized, catch on fire, equipment can be stolen, involved in an accident while being transported, or if a kid is playing in it (even unauthorized) or a person is helping you and gets hurt, there is a liability issue. (Been there and/or seen that)

    Yes very true Cooley better to be safe rather than stupid and have peace of mind . from what I am seeing the price is depending on different carriers and progressive has to pay for all the flo adds running

    From the Catawba Erie cam this morning I see a single boat drifting in the fog Hope they do some good Wind out of the West and just a mild chop on the water ,

    I know you said early on that the stringers have been replaced, but if you bought through an online auction, I'd still question their integrity... How long ago were they replaced, and how good of a job was done? I'd suggest having a marine surveyor go over it before putting too much investment in the rest of the boat. I'd hate to see you put $10K or better into other stuff only to find out she's about to split in half over one good wave...

    Headed up Tuesday to check boat and pay on dock for this year looking to do a little work on the boat if weather permits it wont be long till were all doing the jig , I will shoot some pics of the lake while there and share if I see any thing interesting

    Ordered a new 54 " Drift sock Lindy drift control has any body use these ? they make several models . I had a really good Amish made one that I like a idiot gave away .

    I went to the Marina Tuesday drove arround not see anybody working on Boats! It was pretty Cold Though !

    Yes Capt it was made real well , looking at the Live Cam a few min ago several boats off Catawba making there way towards the reefs looks like great water very calm steam from the stack almost straight the water is still really cold 37 degrees what do you think at about 39 degrees we will start catching fish ?
