Perch report 9-5

5 guys fished little cedar point and just west of intake caught 30 lousy perch. Beautiful day on lake fishin not so much. 9lbs at cleaners. Goodluck hopefully these perch pick up a bit.

How far is A can from the intake. I was out around the intake yesterday. Only managed 12. Beautiful day but rough fishing

I was in Port Clinton Saturday night, several places along the shoreline. Believe it or not there were mayflies. Not anywhere near the numbers in June, but they were there, a few here, a few there. Also a good number of a smaller midge. So maybe there have been insect hatches going on over the last few weeks and that's part of the reason the perch fishing has slowed.

I have used Sabiki's in salt water. Did you bait them here?
