Fenwick, Lamberjacks, Wildwings all good choices. I usually use Fenwick. All are right there at the reefs.

Marina Advice
Fenwick has great ramps and only charged (2008) $5 to launch. It is a lttle bit of a boat ride to the lake. Amberjacks also has nice ramps and charged $5 in 2008. They are very easy access to the lake. Wild Wings ramps are fairly steep and charged $10 last year.
If at alll interested we rent our condo near Wild Wings west of Port Clinton and fish are maybe a mile out in early spring.

Maumee Bay State Park
Heading up to Maumee State Park for a fishing/camping trip the weekend of April 17th with a few buddies. I'm looking for a good boat ramp nearby. The map shows Bayshore Boat Launch in Harbor View and Anchor Point Marina near Reno Beach being the closest to the campgrounds. Anybody with some advice on a good launch point? Prices?
Good luck this year to all you Walleye Hunters out there.

There is a free public/dnr launch at anchor point. It is on the west/central end of that marina. That puts you in good proximity to the bay. The bay fishing should be good at that time if the water cleans up. Right now the bay is very filthy. If it stays that way you could head east about 15 minutes to the reefs (via truck). The reefs should be on fire at that point. Your launches that way would be Fenwick, Lamberjacks, and Wild Wings. All pretty good ramps. I like Fenwick myself. $5 When it gets closer you can pm if you would like and I could give you more information. I live right on the Bay. I'm 5 miles from the State Park. You've picked a great area to come to. Tough to go wrong. Bring your waders. If the weather keeps you off the lake you could head for the Maumee river too.
