anybody perchin

Just wondering if anybody is perchin around kellys? Also how did everybody do today jiggn.

I have not been perchin yet. But, I have heard some limits from down that way recently. Nothing specific, but I have heard guys have been fishing off marblehead and catching some.

went out this morning off of crane creek 13 ft of water, caught 11 nice ones, all males. the wind didnt blow the whole time we were out, so we had to fight for them, water was pretty clean. hair jigs w/stingers, no minnows, color didnt seem to matter.

On friday 3-20 I caught 27 nice perch and 1-21" walleye east of Kelly Island in 40' of fairly clean water. Size of perch was as follows: 1-12"+,1-11"+,10-10"+,11-9"+,2-8"+, and 1-6"+. Bite was very light and slow. Fished 6 hours. Caught most fish by letting spreader lie on bottom and watched rod tip for slight movement.
