    Default chirp question

    we just got a garmin 94sv last year and am struggling mighty with the chirp settings. im so used to traditional sonar but with out thru hull transducer we cant get traditional sonor only clear vu. no matter what setting i use i just get little dots all over the screen. what am i doing wrong

    What transducer do you have? I mostly run traditional on mine but I may be able to help. I have the 12” xsv with the gt 52 ducer

    Are you sure you got all the air bubbles out while epoxy it to the hull? Did you mount it in the center? Or on either side? I know on mine I can select which tranducer it is using. Has that been selected?
