    Default Wednesday March, 27, 2019

    First trip of 2019, fished with Captain Chris out of Sterling State Park, Michigan, when we left the dock at 8:00 AM it was 26 degrees. Arrived on point at 8:15, by time we set the lines it was 8:30. Trolled East to West in Breast Bay at 1.2 mph, 1st 1.5 hours one hit and it got off. At approximately 10;05 "Fish On" by 11:00 AM we had 7 fish in the box, Captain Chris got a call from a colleague and they said they had one. Fished until 3:00, ended up with 14 nice fish, didn't limit out but not a bad day by far.
