Fished Sunday afternoon/evening...started with the head boats at Clinton reef, only caught 3 in 2 hours. Moved SE of G can, little pack of 8-10 boats there. Nice steady pick...2 guys finished 3 short of a limit....57 perch. Went back the next morning...good steady pick again...2 guys 52 perch. Gave up on getting our last 8 because it started to blow so hard, swinging all over the place from anchoring off the bow. Laying it in the mud for 10-15 seconds seemed to work best. We used goldies and frozen emeralds, both seemed to work at about the same efficiency. I would say 1 out of every 4-5 perch was a throwback, also threw back over 20 Walleye in the 6-7 inch range. 109 perch were 37 pounds at the cleaners. From what I heard at the cleaners...sounds like we did way better than most. Both days we watched the head boats move over and over and over. PM me if you’re interested in the coordinates...maybe they’re still there
