tru trips and spoons
How long of leader do you guys run when pulling spoons and tru trips? Thought I read someplace on here 6' leader. Thanks Randy

I use 6 ft. myself, others may use them about the length of their rods.

Use the longest leader you can, but be sure you don't go so long long that on your boat you don't leave the fish out of the reach of the net'sman/women. You can only reel to the jet, some boats allow room for the person fighting the fish to back up to help bring the fish in.
