Ice safe???

Planning on going out of Catawba friday,Winds are forcast to be S to SW ,will it be safe if the winds are as forcasted??

anchor point, no safe ice in front of chaanel, metgers bad ice in front of
pier, only ice boats going out, no walking or machine traffic, crane creek
good ice first 1.5 miles, then strech roughly 1/4 mile wide of 4 inch ice,
trurtle creek bad ice in front, camp perry, rough ice out roughly 1 mile
turtle creek bad ice in front, port clition great ice 12 inches plus, catawba
great ice fishing very slow, sunday jan 25, between 12.00 pm. and 5 pm.
