We have been using both Marblehead fish cleaning as well as Bays Edge. Never have got the same amount of fish back at either place. Always a few short. Been that way since the perch started bitting. Yes we know how to count!

Well stop and think if they can skim 1 or 2 fish per person that adds up. And easier to do one perch. I know sometime the fish are small and not worth cleaning, or maybe 1 get butchered or ate by the machine, but 13 us a lot off.

I know for sure bays edge will ask if you want the cheek meat, if no....they don't waste that for certain. I have seen the huge bags of nothing but cheek meat.

I've personally used bays edge for the last 4 years. Never had any short counts. Also always had good luck at Szuchs down by meinkes when i docked down there

50 fish equals 100 filets. He made that rather clear.
