Nice size perch all around A can

Two man limits from 5pm to sunset. Goldies. ANJ says they will have shiners Thursday morning. Much algae in the water, didn't seem to matter. My theory is that with few small perch around the larger fish can get to the bait. Smaller fish move quicker.

Son and I were about 3/4 mile east of A and got our limit. 23 pounds at cleaners. Best we have had. 10 pounds of fillets. Took us awhile though. Goldies and perch rigs. Cutchers was busy. Everybody said A can. One guy said 105 and they ran out of minnows. Saw a couple 90s.

I fished A can wed morning. Started at 740 and limited at 850. I did catch some smaller perch that I released. Very fast limit. Cleaned them myself. Looks like wind going to be too much for few days now.

130 perch at A can (300 yds west) Wednesday night. 5 guys fished 4:45 - 7:30 ran out of bait. Only 1 perch under 8"
