It's the green and white marker northwest of the Harbor Lighthouse. It's about 8 1/2 miles out of Boilles Harbor. It seemed to be a mid day bite. Buddy was only about 75 feet from us and only got 13 perch. We did get 4 undersized Walleye. This was my first post and really enjoy this site. Hopefully I'll be able to give helpful info as I usually fish on the Michigan sude

the green and white marker is what people call mcdonalds...the turn around bouy is past sputnik which is red and white...the turn around bouy is where the frieghters turn to go towards Detroit...it's just a little marker.

Wow. Messed up directions. I am not sure where you were at, likely McDonald's. Northwest of harbor lighthouse would be land. Or Toledo beach, or Detroit Edison. McDonald's would be north east of harbor light, or Toledo light number 1. Going away from Toledo, you would hit McDonald's, then toledo light 2 which is also Sputnik, then further away towards Canada would be the turn around, small buoy.

3 person limit = 90 fish in Ohio. 30#/90=0.3#/fish. Per chart .3# would be 8.33" per fish. About 10# at the cleaners seems a normal good bag from previous reports on this forum. You can slice this pie any way you want. Hope it helps answer your question.

30# for 90 fish is all I need to know to say I would take that bag. 3 to a pound average is real nice grade of fish!

8 inch perch to me is going back into the lake. I keep 9" and better.
I have heard guys say jumbos are 10". Not in my book, a jumbo is >12".
Also, I don't keep walleye under 17". I want them to spawn at least once.
