Perch near Green

We fished a productive area from last week around Green Island. Had em goin early on but they shut down after 9ish. After moving 3 times with no luck we called it at 1130 with 32 nice ones that weighed 12lbs at Cutchers. No junk fish, only 1 throwback. We were marking a ton of fish jus couldn't coax em to bite for some reason.

I think it was a slow weekend everywhere, if I had to guess the mayfly hatch over the weekend might had slowed it down.

Perch fished around Green today, it was one of the few places holding clearer water. Slow, but steady pick, 42 between 2 of us, mostly 7-8's, and few 10's, and a few 11's. Started at Catawba green can, and water was as muddy as I have ever seen it, not even a nibble. Moved close to Mouse, and same thing. Fishing shut down about 1:30 when the muddy water found us again.

Fished near Mouse Saturday. Marked a ton of fish. Started around 10:00, had to quit around 12:00 due to a sea sick passenger. The fish were there, but to say it was a light bite would be an understatement. Kept 22 , probably tossed back about the same amount. No junk fish were caught. The Nan Sea Lee.
