    5 of us fished about 1 mile west of CYC green buoy yesterday. Started slow but picked up about 10oclock. Ended up with 100 nice perch, 29lb at cleaners. 25 foot of water. Perfect weather. Also got one 16" walleye, ate it for dinner

    CYC Green? is this on Maumee River Toledo Channel? 100 Perch 29 LBS ? I have been fishing Lake Erie Western basin 50 years and normal weight for 100 is 18-25 LBS You had a great grade of fish. Dont think I have ever seen that weight for 100 in the Western basin!

    I believe that's about right 9 lbs per 30 fish of good size perch. I've seen 10 lbs.

    I'm guessing it was a type error. Maybe he was talking about the CIC green can off of catawba outside the catawba Island Club?
