I fished the same area yesterday and had a 3-man limit, 24lbs at the cleaners, in less than an hour and one-half. You are right about staying on the bottom. Also caught 7 walleye 10"-12"....I am glad to see that!

Windier and rougher but a better grade of fish. Did better on spreaders. Started 8-10:30 2 person limit
