Rookie looking for advice
Recently bought a boat and looking to come up and experience the jig bite. I have never fished the western side of the lake (Only perch fished Conneaut). Have a few questions if any one wants to chime in I would appreciate any input. Thanks
Do you need a drift sock for the jig bite? (If so what size I have a 20' Center console)
If we get lucky enough to catch our limits early are there perch to catch this time of year?
How do I locate the reefs everyone is talking about?
Also what channel is a good one to listen to other boats "chatter"?
I know this is a lot of questions but any help would be great. Looking to come up and fish the 9,10,11th (weather allowing obviously)
