Jet Diver Question?
I run big boards with #40 Tru Trips with great success. I was wondering if anyone runs jet divers straight out the back and catches fish. I have never tried this and would like to know if it will work. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, they work straight out the back/off the sides etc
I can only hope I have earned the freedom that has been given me.

There are alot of times when we are setting up a side we will set a rod that is ready to get hooked to the board line in the last rod holder (stern )and they have taken fish .
It would be no different that running a flat line with a ounce or two off the back . Even though the TT will have a bit more action .

If the waves are over 2 ft and I am fishing by myself I dont bother with boards but run them off the corners. If 2 or more are fishing in those conditions I only run enough boards to seperate lines. The rods off the corners catch fish at about the same rate. Calm seas is a different matter.

Thanks for all your help. Ran jets off the corners on Saturday with no luck. Sunday we picked up 3 on the jets off the corners. Water not as calm Sunday morning. Think that helped. Overall a great weekend. Thanks!
