Where do I start?
Where can I get walleye on lake erie in MI

Greenhornet,
Right now best action is in the trenton channel of Detroit river. Other areas are Banana dike and Detroit light. The other area is in May at Brest Bay and straight out from Stoney Point. Another area is the dumping ground kind of straight off Luna Pier. Get an Ohio license as it always seems the charter boats are near the shipping channel in Ohio waters. I'm from Mi. and will have Ohio license this season. We'll see ya out there

Thanks for the help, I will be out there in a couple of weeks hitting em hard. I will let you know how I do.
I will probably try the dumping grounds first - My boat is in Erie at my father in laws

If your going to be out there in April still, I would work the Maumee Bay area. It's better to have an OH license, as the fish are more concentrated there, but if all you have is MI, then you can work toward the MI side of Turtle Island, or even the humps on the dumping grounds.
