    Default Rod holder location

Happy New year! I own a 2003 Lund fisherman 18.5 foot boat. Anyone have any advice on where to mount extra rod holders? I'm sick of tripping over them when motoring to and from spots.

    Thank you!

I have seen some boats using three or four inline plastic rod holders. Mounted On the front of the passenger console. In the bow. Maybe with some elastic cords. To keep them from flying out.

I highly recommend adding tracks on your gunnels. Then you can add rod holders or rod trees wherever you want.
