    Default Erie Dearie Weight?

Are there specific Erie Dearie weights that work better than others for drifting on Lake Erie? I'd like to add a few to my arsenal and try drift fishing instead of trolling in my kayak.
    Thanks in advance!

The deeper you are gonna fish, the more weight you need. I tend to reel fast, therefore I like 5/8 and up

i dont reel but let the boat and wind do the work. i like to start with a 3/8 oz then let out 75' to 100' of line using a spinning reel. if the bites slow I'll try heavier weights 1/2 or 5/8. i have even tried 1/4 oz and caught fisn when the heavier ones wasn't catching fish.
