    Default Tattle flag running in down position

    I looked but could not find, how to set-up the tattle flag to run down and then come up when fish is on.
    I saw some old reports where some like this way better???

    Look on You tube to see if there is a video. Off Shore has some stuff on their web site too.
    I just can't think off the top of my head how this would be possible unless somehow the line would pull out of the back clip after setting it so the lure is pulling it down as it runs through the water. When the line pulls out the spring tension would pull the flag up.
