Marine carpet adhesive

Hello,

I need to re-glue some marine carpet. What ever was used in the past did not hold very well in some spots. Glue just crumbles like it was attacked by sunlight.. Does anyone have and advice on what works good and what I should stay away from?

Well Thanks for the advice.
I think that is what I am going to try. I keep reading about some Henry 263 outdoor carpet adhesive.. Nobody seems to keep it in stock though. I use this Sylvan deep 16
whenever I hit the lake by myself easy to unload and load and takes some rough water.

I used cabelas floor and carpet adhesive when I put my carpet in about 8 yrs ago and its done a great jod. its latex based and recommended by there carpet supplier.
