Sorry, I can't help with that question, but I have another Q. Where exactly is this sand bar? I have tried to figure it out by looking at maps with depths but can't see it unless it's only a 2 ft rise and drop? Direction in which it runs/ how far off shore? Ant help would be great. Thank you. The sandbar is north of the Black River in Lorain and is several miles out and runs north and south. You can go to Navionics web site and zoom into that area and see the contours. There's also launch ramps on both sides of the Black River. I haven't been out there in a while so I don't have a report just a little info.

I was out there last week and was marking a fair amount of fish on the bottom more in the 38-40 N and btw 21-22 W. There was only 2 of us on the boat so we had 4 poles running. We caught 3 - 18"-21" running TT 40's with harnesses 120' back. Lots of sheepshead, white bass and 2 good size catfish.

I tried to upload the map again (it's here someplace on the site, but hard to find), but couldn't get it to take. Try this link:
