Fishing Michigan Waters

Has anyone been fishing out of Monroe Michigan? if so where is a good place to start fishing ?
Also is the boat launch open at Bowles Harbor?

Bolles Harbor is open. LaPlaisance road bridge over 75 is closed. If you coming southbound you will have to go the the South Otter Creek exit, get off, go back over the bridge, get back on NB 75 back to LaPlaisance road. Straight out from Bolles 18-21 FOW.
