Fished the point from 8:30 til 4:30, bottom bouncers/worm harness, 30-53 FOW. Water temp was 66-68 degrees, bouncy SE wind early then calmer SW wind then NW wind. Caught 3 on first pass 32-36 FOW across the point. Went back over the first pass and caught nothing. Tried deeper water at the point, made several passes, nothing. We were marking fish but they didn't want to bite. Finally found some that would bite near the east end of the point, trolling from 36 to 53 FOW south to north with the wind. Or maybe they just decided to start biting, it was about 3:00 by then. We caught 6 more pretty fast in a small area. The fish were 17-20" with no throw backs. Also got a bonus 12" Yellow Perch on a harness. Had the fish cleaner at West Water Fish cleaners.

Was planning on fishing the Lorain dump today but the NE 15-20 and 3-5' waves sent us home instead.
