Fished in 27' of water in front of Lakeside from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM Thursday afternoon. No shiners by the time I went looking for them, so I took two scoops of goldies and 1 container of frozen emerald shiners from Rickards.

Atleast 20 of the 30 perch came on the frozen emerald shiners. I caught 3 or 4 slowly on the goldies before I started using the frozen emeralds. They don't stay on very well, so you get one chance. A missed hook set or a missed nibble and both are gone.

Using perch color and green spreaders on two poles.

Bite was very light.

I clean my own fish, so I didn't weight them before I cleaned them, however I did weigh the fillets once I was done and they weighed 4 lbs 12 oz. Most fish were 9 inch. Some 8's, 10's and 11s. I threw back a few 7" and shorter fish.

Caught 3 fish Ohio sheep head. They like the emeralds better too.
